l  We offer one year of free maintenance service for the products of users, since the purchase date.

l  Since purchase the product, from the second to fifth years, do not charge maintenance fee (travel expense not included).

l  If the damage and fault was caused under the following situations, the users can’t enjoy the free maintenance service, if need the maintenance service the users have to pay the material cost and the manpower cost.

a)        Damage caused by installation and operation not according to the operational manual.

b)        Damage caused by unauthorized maintenance and components replacement.

c)        Damage caused by dismantling the product without authorization.

d)       Damage caused by wrong storage methods (the storage environment should be moisture-proof, the product with battery should be recharged regularly).

e)        Out of warranty period

f)         Damage caused by man force or irresistible force, such as natural cause, lightning, and earthquake.

l  Renewal of the warranty period.

a)        The product out of the warranty period has been maintained will enjoy a two months free maintenance service.

b)        The product within the warranty period has got the free maintenance service will enjoy the remained term of warranty period.

c)        When the fault was occurred, please cooperate with our after-sale service personnel to analyze the reason, if necessary, please offer the pictures on site or send the product which have problem back to us, in order to provide timely and effective service to clients.

l  After receive the relevant materials, the after-sale service personnel have the responsibility to provide failure analysis report to client.
