Specification of TS series Aviation obstruction light
l The TS series aviation obstruction light is the latest generation aviation obstruction light developed in strict accordance with the fourteenth volume of the appendix in the standards of International Civil Aviation Organization, standards of China’s Civil Aviation MH/T6012-1999, US Federal Aviation Administration requirements, and other relevant standards.
2. TS—ZMA is one of TS type, its system was powered by DC 48V power supply. The illuminant was made of high power LED, and its lifespan is 100,000 hours, if the O.B. light work 10 hours at night every day, it can last more than 22 years.
3. Structure of O.B. light system
l With one dual lamp aviation obstruction light, its shell was made of polycarbonate and cast aluminum with a simple structure.
l With inner LED illuminant, light weight, strong resistance to impact.
l Have two completely independent luminescent systems.
l When the main light operating, the standby light rest automatically, when the main light stopped operating, the standby light turn on automatically.
l The light operating at night and turn off at daytime.
l A leaded sealing was tied to the shell which can stop the side cover falling from the height.
l With anti-thunder function.

6. Installation and application method
a) Installation method
l Fix the G3/4 screw onto the tower firstl
l Install the O.B. light onto the G3/4 screw.

b). Cable connection method of O.B. light
l Unscrew the bolt from the side cover and open it (refer to figure 1).
l Insert the 4×1.5mm² shield cable into the waterproof connector on the pedestal of the O.B. light.
l Connect the cable marked with “main O.B light +48V”, “main O.B light + -48V”“standby O.B light +48V” standby O.B light -48V, to the power line marked with “main light +”, “main light -”, “standby light +”, and “standby light -”, make sure the two power lines with the same label connected together, and the positive pole and negative power can’t be exchanged, the application method of terminal shown as figure 2.

d) Testing method
l After connecting to DC 48V power supply, then cover the photocell with black things (this condition is the same with the night), the main O.B. light turned on, and then take the black things away (this condition is the same with the daytime), the O.B. light turned off.
l The operating mode of the OB light: Switch off automatically at daytime, switch on automatically at night.
